Who is responsible for your data

Viktoriia Quesada, colourist working in Alicante and Elche (Spain), is the data controller. You can write to her at viktoriiaquesada@gmail.com.

What is collected and why

• Your account: the name, email and identifier Google provides when you sign in with Google. Used to recognise you and manage your account.
• Consultations and appointments: what you tell us about your hair, the photos you send, dates and payments. Used to prepare and provide the service.
• Messages: what you write through this site or through Instagram, WhatsApp or Telegram. Used to answer you.
• Technical data: IP address and browser details in server logs. Used for the security and operation of the site.

On what legal basis

The service or consultation you ask for, your consent when you send photos or agree to appear in the portfolio, the legitimate interest in keeping the site secure, and legal obligations such as tax rules.

Who else processes your data

Providers working on our behalf under contract: Google (sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting), PlanetScale (database, hosted in the European Union), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). A writing assistant (OpenRouter, Anthropic) may be used to help draft replies; it never sends anything by itself. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

For how long

While you have an account or a service relationship exists, and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for invoices. You can ask for deletion earlier.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to viktoriiaquesada@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.

Cookies

Only necessary cookies are used: your session and the language you choose. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Portfolio photos

A photo of you is published only with your express permission, which you can withdraw at any time.
